Bedrock Industries offers an appealing employee benefits package for its full-time employees and they are as follows:

PAID HOLIDAYS

• Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving (must work the day before and the day after or be on an approved day off to receive holiday pay)

AFTER 90 DAYS EMPLOYMENT

• Health Insurance - 50% paid for employee
• Aflac supplemental and comp benefits dental plan available
• Safety Bonus at $75.00, three times per year, for no injuries, no damage, no accidents
• Uniforms - Bedrock Industries supplies uniforms

AFTER ONE-YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT

• Three paid vacation days between Christmas and New Year’s holiday
• One week of paid vacation on the 53rd week a check is issued
• 401K of which Bedrock Industries will match $1.00 for $1.00 up to 3%

ADDITIONAL

• New Top Pay Rate - $14.00/hr
• C.D.P. Drivers - $14.25/hr. A $.25 premium
• Time and a Half AFTER 40 hrs
• Safety Meetings - Three times per year, every four months
• Incentives - Safety and efficiency bonuses

TO JOIN BEDROCK INDUSTRIES’ GREAT TEAM

• Be over 21 years of age
• Own a Class B or better CDL license
• Have good knowledge of the Orlando area
• Have a current DOT medical card
• Have at least one year of ready-mix experience and a clean driving record
• Be available to work flexible hours
• Be drug free
